Material Acquisition All the members of the academic community who are also members of the Library are eligible to submit a purchase request. The A.U.A Library Commission, after considering the funds allocation policy, decides whether the order shall be approved or not. In case the material requested already exists in the Library collection, the request must be justified.
The purchase request can be made either in print or in electronic format.
